Dubai’s ROXY Cinemas launches private movie experience at The Beach, JBR
New setting caters to celebrations, date nights and group gatherings
DUBAI – ROXY Cinemas has launched a new Private Cinema at The Beach, JBR, giving groups a more exclusive way to watch the latest films in Dubai.
The new space can accommodate up to 12 guests and combines premium seating with in-seat delivery.
The launch also coincides with a complete refresh of the cinema’s lounge, with upgraded interiors and seating.
Private screenings
The Private Cinema is designed for a range of occasions, including gatherings with friends and family, birthdays, date nights, proposals and other celebrations. Guests can select from the latest titles showing at ROXY Cinemas at The Beach, JBR, while enjoying the screening in a private setting.
Bookings for the Private Cinema start at Dh1,500 on weekdays and Dh2,000 on weekends, excluding food and beverage. With capacity for up to 12 people, the offering provides groups with a dedicated auditorium rather than a standard cinema screening.
The experience features premium seating and in-seat delivery, allowing guests to order refreshments without leaving their seats. The private setting is available exclusively at ROXY Cinemas The Beach, JBR.
Lounge refresh
Alongside the new cinema, the lounge at The Beach, JBR has received a complete makeover. The refreshed space features new interiors, upgraded seating and a more elevated design, creating a more comfortable environment for guests before and after their film.
ROXY Cinemas operates venues across Dubai, including Dubai Hills Mall, City Walk, The Beach JBR, Al Khawaneej Walk, Boxpark and Circle Mall JVC. Its experiences range from the Roxy Xtreme screen at Dubai Hills Mall to Platinum, Gold and Silver seating options across selected locations.
